Wakey Wakey Caffeine Energy PLUS Magnesium Effervescent contains 100 mg Caffeine + Guarana to enhance energy levels, as well as 105 mg Magnesium with less than 1 gram of sugar per serve.
1 effervescent tablet = 1 coffee or energy drink (250ml)
Dissolve one tablet in 200 mL of water. No more than 2 tablets a day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Keep at least 3 hours interval between each dose.

Adults only. Not suitable for children. Caffeine intake of more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
