Directions: Adults: Take 2 pastilles (soft gummies) per day. Or as advised by your health professional.
Products containing maltitol and sorbitol (2.29 g per pastille) may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if tamper seal is broken or missing. Store below 25 degrees celcius.

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 20 mg
Nicotinamide 6 mg
dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E 3.5IU) 3.5 mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 608 micrograms
Equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 500 micrograms
Biotin (Vitamin H) 8.7 micrograms
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5 micrograms
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.75 micrograms
Thiamine Nitrate 350 micrograms
Equiv. to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 284 micrograms
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 125 micrograms
Calcium (as Calcium Phosphate) 5 mg
Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) 22.5 micrograms
Magnesium (as Dibasic Magnesium Phosphate Trihydrate) 5 mg
Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) 1 mg
Contains sulfites and sucralose.
