From time to time some items shown on this website may be out of stock. At such times please call 1300 424 364 we will direct you to the store that you have selected where you can leave your details so that they can advise when the product is back in stock.

SuperChem may limit the purchase quantity and frequency of any product if it believes that the quantity or frequency would be not appropriate for the purchaser.
All orders are sent off for delivery once payment has been made and prescriptions authenticated. SuperChem uses Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Because of the nature of the products involved all deliveries will require a signature. If there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left indicating the Australia Post store where the parcel is located for pick up.
Please allow up to 10 days for shipping and delivery when considering us for prescription medicines. During certain periods of the year such as Christmas the delivery time may be more.
SuperChem does not routinely ship to international destinations. Should you wish to place an order from outside Australia please contact info@superchem.com.au for further information.
For parcels that are less than $150.00 the charge will be $9.99. All orders that total greater than $150.00, shipping will be free of charge.
Delivery is by parcel post through Australia Post and covers all of Australia.

Country -up to 5 business days
If sending interstate:
Metro -up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
