Change of Mind
You can return items within 7 days of delivery (30 days for online order items) for a refund or exchange if:
1. Items are unused, in original packaging and saleable condition
2. You have proof of purchase
3. The item isn’t from a non-returnable category (e.g. medicines, baby formula, vitamins, food, drinks, fragrances)
Return shipping costs are not refundable. Online orders must be returned by mail and return details will be provided.
Other Returns
If your item is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or unfit for purpose, we’ll refund or exchange it—including shipping costs.
