Adults and children over 12 years
For general health and to support intestinal friendly flora: take 1 capsule daily.
To help reduce the occurance of symptoms of travellers diarrhoea: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, begin two days before intended travel.
Each capsule cantains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (GG) 5 Billion CFU
Lactobacillus plantarum (LP-115) 5 Billion CFU
Lactobacillus paracasei (LPC-37) 3 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis (BL-04) 2 Billion CFU
Inulin 40mg
If diarrhoea persist for more than 48 hours seek medical advice. Drink pleanty of water. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding - seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Do not use if tamper evident cap/seal is broken or missing.
