What is tooth sensitivity?
Sensitivity occurs when the dentine underneath tooth enamel becomes exposed. When exposed dentine comes into contact with hot or cold, sweet or sour drink or food, or even your toothbrush, it can trigger the nerve causing a short sharp pain.
What does Sensodyne Rapid Relief Extra Fresh do?
Its unique formula acts to quickly create a barrier over sensitive areas of your teeth. It starts providing relief from the first brush, and with every brush builds ongoing protection^.
Use Sensodyne Rapid Relief Extra Fresh twice a day, everyday for sensitivity relief at 60 seconds*, to help remove tooth stains, maintain healthy gums, and leave your breath extra fresh. Sensodyne Rapid Relief Extra Fresh contains fluoride to protect against cavities
*Apply a pea-sized amount to a clean finger-tip and rub gently into each sensitive area (max twice per day) for 1 minute before brushing.

For fast relief, brush sensitive teeth first OR squeeze a pea-sized amount on a clean fingertip and gently rub into the sensitive area (max twice a day) for one minute before brushing. Do not use if carton seals are open. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE LABEL. Brush twice a day and not more than 3 times, be sure to spit out. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
