Directions:

Each Hard Capsule Contains: Piper methysticum (Kava Kava) rhizome ext. dry conc. std. 300mg equiv. to rhizome dry 900mg (min.) equiv to kavalactones (of Piper methysticum) 30mg; Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2.5mg; Nicotinamide 2.5mg.
