Chromex contains chromium which: helps the body metabolise carbohydrates, fat and protein and plays an important role in the transport of glucose into cells. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA), is also required for normal carbohydrate metabolism.

ADULTS:
Take 1 capsule twice daily with food.
