This 2-a-day tablet offers a high amount of Calcium with Vitamin D3 and double protected, microencapsulated K2, which supports calcium absorption into the bones.
Supplementation can be of benefit to those following a diet which may be low in calcium such as dairy free or vegan.

Adults: Take 2 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.

Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 500 mg, Calcium (as calcium phosphate) 150 mg, Total elemental calcium 650 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 12.5 micrograms (500 IU), Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 20 micrograms.
