Guide to being a nappy change expert
Do you have these within arm's reach?
- Baby wipes
- Lotion
- Disposable change mat (if you're out and about)

Step 1
Lift baby's legs. Place nappy underneath with back edge of nappy at waist level. Make sure grip tabs are behind baby.
Step 2
Bring front of nappy between baby's legs & place across tummy. Place one hand on baby, open a grip tab and attach on the dotted panel on front of the nappy. Repeat on the other side.
Step 3
Adjustable grip tabs can be refastened to ensure a comfortable, hugging fit.

Important Information

Remember to have everything you need for the nappy change (e.g. nappy, wipes, disposable change mat etc.) ready before you start.
1. Lift baby's legs and place nappy underneath with back edge of nappy at waist level. Make sure grip tabs are behind baby.
2. Bring front of nappy between baby's legs and spread across tummy. With one hand on baby, open a grip tab and attach anywhere on the front of the nappy. Repeat on the other side.
3. Adjustable grip tabs can be fastened and refastened to ensure a comfortable, baby-snug fit.

Caution

Choking may result from anything babies put in their mouths. To minimise the risk of choking, do not allow baby to tear nappy. Discard any torn or unsealed nappies. Like most articles of clothing, nappies will burn if exposed to flame. Always keep your child away from any source of flame. To minimise the risk of suffocation, please keep plastic bags away from children and dispose of this bag after use.
