How to use FESS® Saline Spray
Direct the nozzle into your right nostril. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of your right ear.
Fully depress the pump.
Repeat in the left nostril.
Adults & Children 12 years of age and over:
2- 6 sprays per nostril.
Use with medicated nasal sprays
Use FESS® Saline Spray before your medicated nasal spray to Clear excess mucus and aid the penetration of the medicine.
Adults & Children 12 years of age and over:
2- 6 sprays per nostril. Wait 15 minutes.
Your nose is now ready to medicate as per the medications instructions.
For use by one person only.
If congestion persists, see your doctor.
This pack contains a fully packaged MEDIFESS™ Nasal Spray. Refer to this package for full consumer medicine information.

Do not use
- For more than 6 months without the advice of your pharmacist or doctor.
- In children under 12 years of age.
Before using this medicine
Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you
- are pregnant (or may become pregnant);
- have nasal or sinus infection;
- have recently had an injury or surgery to your nose;
- have ulceration in your nose.
Caution while using this medicine
Consult your pharmacist or doctor if
- symptoms are not relieved within 7 days;
- your nose bleeds;
- you develop signs or symptoms of a nasal or sinus infection such as fever, pain or swelling or discoloured nasal discharge;
- you have eye pain or visual disturbances.
Contains benzalkonium chloride 0.02 mg/spray as preservative.
