DIRECTIONS Adults: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime, or when experiencing sleeplessness, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children under 12 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Each capsule contains:
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 400mg
equiv. to dry root 2g (min)
standardised to contain Valerenic acids 2.4mg
No added sugar, starch, yeast, dairy products, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
WARNINGS In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. If symptoms persist - seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Do not use if cap seal is broken. Contains Sulfites.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
